Tiger Fuel of Charlottesville, Virginia hired CE design a renovation plan to replace its existing service station into a new state-of-the-art facility with a market, automatic car wash, and updated fuel pumps. Providing all of these amenities on a one-acre site presented a challenge, but that challenge was met and surpassed in CE’s land use plan. CE also designed a successful storm water management plan in spite of the presence of solid rock only three to six feet beneath the site surface.
