NATIONAL GROUNDS INTELLIGENCE CENTER//

The developer responsible for providing land, access,  utilities, and leased space for the The National Grounds Intelligence Center, part of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command located in Charlottesville, Virginia, chose CE to plan and design expansion of its facilities. The expansion’s first phase was the design of two 88,000 square foot office buildings, one 120 unit barracks quarters for the NGIC, and extension of a four-lane divided connector road that will tie into Rte. 29. The expansion also includes water and sewer infrastructure design and plans for future rezoning of the site in anticipation of further expansion.
