CE designed a sixty-acre industrial development in Warrenton, Virginia, with the goal of engineering a road design and infrastructure to serve eight industrial lots on the property. The road design allowed access to the industrial subdivision, including the existing Pepsi Bottling Company and will serve as a connector road running parallel to Rte. 29. CE also provided civil engineering design for a storm water management system and a sewer pump station, providing a force main sewer system to the lots. CE’s design maximized the property’s industrial value and anticipates future development of the business park.
