17/66 BUSINESS PARK//

CE provided land planning and design for this 150-acre industrial park in Warrenton, Virginia. The ambitious civil engineering design included an extension of Rte. 622 through the property, intersection improvements at Rte. 17 and Rte. 622, and the utility infrastructure for the project.  CE coordinated the design of the elevated water tank and sewage pump station for the project, as well as the onsite water, sewer, and storm water management for the project.  CE continues its work on the design, which will include a hotel, restaurants, commercial offices, townhouses, and apartment lofts.
